Every product at www.onlydukan.com is made to order, and thus, we require an estimated 7 business days for order processing.
Estimated Order Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: Your order is estimated to be delivered within 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Rest Of India: For locations outside metro cities, please expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Expedited Delivery:
Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery services. However, should we introduce such a service in the future, eligible customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free for prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Shipping is free for orders amounting to INR 1000/- or more. For orders below INR 1000/-, shipping charges apply.
Undelivered Orders:
If your order status shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first verify with other members of your household or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
